To completely uninstall gjagent, uninstall War Thunder. Uninstall from Appdata and remove all registry entries. It is not only under your warthunnder folder, but also under %APPDATA%/local/gaijin. Only way to permanently remove it is to delete it, uninstall warthunder, go to regedit, and delete all registry entries pointing at agent.
